PR is often viewed as a luxury beyond the reach of most small businesses. However, in reality, it is an essential building block for growing any business. It secures both buying interest from potential customers and interest from business investors as well as connecting your business with its target market to increase brand awareness and, ultimately, drive sales.
Jessica Huie MBE, PR expert and founder of JH Public Relations, a WEConnect International self-registered business, will lead this webinar. Jessica, who counts accolades such as Glamour Magazine’s Power List, and the Daily Mail’s Enterprising Young Brit Award amongst her business awards, will be informing and educating participants on the necessity of PR for business growth. Participants will be further equipped with the tools needed to set up and manage their own PR campaign and raise the profile of their business on a limited budget.
Key learning points will include:
• Why PR is critical to your business success
• A four-step plan to creating your PR strategy
• The importance of a tailored media contact list in securing the right coverage for your business
• How to write a compelling press release or blog and the best way to pitch this to journalists
• How to combine reactive and pro-active PR
• The value of ‘PR-able’ partnerships
