WBEs benefit from improving their customer relationship management

The customer relationship management session on 6 June 2011 facilitated by Lena Benjamin of Ones Business Advice, kindly hosted by the rebranded Chameleon, provided a few hints and tips on developing more business from key clients. The session went through a Six Step process developed by Lena, which formalises the approach to managing the relationship with clients to increase lifetime value.
