One of the WEConnect International corporate members is currently looking for an events management supplier based in Spain and/or in Portugal and the range of events that support may be required for includes the following:

Internal attendance events:
Kick-off meetings
Sales education events
Recognition/incentive/entertainment events

External attendance events:
Customers/Business Partner events
Tradeshow/ exhibitions
Study tour
Recruitment events
Entertainment events

The supplier will be required to manage a comprehensive range of event services including:
- Third parties' contracts - including contract negotiation and signature, and general terms and conditions (payment terms, cancellation conditions)
- Venue/hotel search and booking
- Hold pre-event and post-event briefing calls with the corporate member
- Process management
- All logistics (including local transportation, catering etc)
- Event creative concept development
- Creative production
- AV/Technical
- Speakers
- Hostesses
- Translation services
- Online registration, invitation, confirmation process and pre-event updates
- Onsite registration (including hosting)
- Onsite supervision
- All invoice handling
- Budget
- Post-event reporting, evaluation and registration list.
- The agency may be asked to manage administrative tasks, not for direct execution but services on behalf of specific actions linked with events. In this case the agency does not manage third party services but acts as focal point centralizing the process and do payments.
